A Counselor Who Gets It — Because I've Been There
Wiley Lincoln, MA, LPC-Associate.
Supervised by Andrea A. Boldt, LPC-S (#69995)
I launched Growing Pains Counseling in 2024, motivated by my own challenges in adolescence and young adulthood — that lived experience drives my empathetic, judgment-free approach.
My clients are people moving through a tough season — anxiety, stress, depression, identity questions, relationship struggles, or the turbulence of adolescence and young adulthood. I am a therapist who is real and relatable, as I truly understand how overwhelming life can get because I've been through similar moments myself. I offer a space to be honest, gain clarity, and grow through discomfort instead of facing your battles alone.

You don’t have to navigate this season of life on your own. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of your next step, I’m here to offer support that’s compassionate, relatable, and grounded in real understanding. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk with you as you grow through what you’re facing.
My Philosophy
Growing Pains Counseling is built on a simple belief: life’s hardest moments aren’t signs of failure — they’re signs of growth. I help children, adolescents, young adults, individuals, couples, and families navigate the challenges that shape them, offering a supportive space to make sense of the discomfort and move toward a stronger, more grounded future. Clients describe my approach as warm, relatable, and genuinely collaborative. As a next‑generation counselor, I blend empathy, evidence‑based practices, cultural awareness, and spirituality to create care that feels both modern and deeply human. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship stress, identity questions, or the turbulence of adolescence, you’ll find a professional who welcomes your highs, lows, and everything in between. Serving Texans through telehealth sessions, Growing Pains Counseling is here to help you reframe struggle as transformation — and to walk with you through every step of your growth.
